We noticed that too many staffing agencies in Florida were generalists who didn't really understand technical roles. A recruiter who doesn't know the difference between an A&P mechanic and an avionics tech shouldn't be placing them. We built TSS to fix that.

That moment was the spark. Attending the convention made it clear that the MRO and manufacturing world had a serious talent problem — not because the workers weren't out there, but because no one was connecting them the right way. Generalist staffing agencies didn't understand the technical nuances. Job boards weren't reaching the right candidates.
In 2021, Terrelonge Staffing Solutions was founded to bridge that gap. The mission was simple: build a staffing firm that actually understands the industries it serves — one that speaks the language of A&P mechanics, quality inspectors, and production supervisors.
